The Search

I searched for mercy but did not find it anywhere. I asked people but was rejected, I looked into the seas and earth and found nothing. I searched for it until I found Al-Rahman... 

I searched for one to pardon my errors. I asked people but they were quick to judge. I searched for one to pardon my errors and did not find it anywhere until I found Al-'Afuw... 

I searched for my purpose, I searched for my reason, but did not find it anywhere until I found Allah.

Ask yourself sincerely...

A brief reflection on our relationship with God Are we taking advantage of the mercy of Allah? Life is all about reflection and being true to yourself.  I have had one of those moments in which, I truly had to ask myself sincerely. Now, I give the question to you: Are we taking advantage of the mercy of Allah? Are we taking advantage of the fact that we know, if we commit sin, Allah will not punish us right away but rather give us time to repent and reform? We are more likely to wake up for work, after 1 hour sleep, than we are to wake up for fajr after 8 hours Is it because we fear that our boss will sack us or yell at us? And we know that Allah will just wait... He will forgive, don't worry? Think about it, We fear people and their direct reaction as oppose to Allah and His mercy.
